I came in here because it was air conditioned and it's the only place I know in the Old Town that had Beyond Burgers. The fries were delicious too.

Good burgers, maybe a little bit small. The servers are nice, but it's hard to interact with them, it's weird.

You might think if you've seen one Submarine burger joint you've seen them all. And you would be wrong. Because this place feels as if the ingredients are better. More tender and juicy and with substance. Anyway, excellent burgers!

Update 2025: Better than ever, love the smash burgers! Update August 2024: Crypto is crashing, financial markets are crumbling, the only reliable thing is that Double Smokehouse and Salchipapas are still delicious. Update 2023: I tell people I like to visit Zadar for old Roman streets and ruins. But I actually come to eat in Submarine. Burgers are amazing, french fries are best I ever ate, anywhere and service is very nice, pleasant and patient (young woman with a pony tail). I love Submarine.

Nice place for really good burgers and salads. They have a few vegetarian options. The parmesano chips we had were amazing and there’s a burger made with Beyond meat which was great. The staff is very friendly and the place looks very clean and tidy. They also have take away and seating outside but we ate inside because it was cold. I would definitely go back if I fancied burger!

A WONDERFUL Croatian burger chain with locations in various cities of Croatia. The burgers, fries and salads are delicious, flavorful and creative made with high quality ingredients. The service at this location was exceptional and the atmosphere of the restaurant is fantastic with a large outside patio located by the market entrance. The house beer is refreshing and tasty and complements the food well at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quick, tasty meal made with top quality ingredients.
